Alamo Community Trip March 2015March 24, 2015

People always ask me the same questions: Why do the teams come every year and not travel to new places or to meet new people? Why do they come to see old friends, to love and serve people as if they are members of their family? Why do they spend time and money being in the mountainous areas of a completely unfamiliar country? The answer is: Join us and you will see.
People who speak different languages, eat different foods, live on two different sides of the planet can still join hands, play together, sing together, and laugh out loud. When you see happy faces and eyes full of love, your heart will smile.
The nails were cut, the hair was combed, and the hands were washed. All of these things are simple but valuable, easy but worthwhile - when done with love and passion.
Look at these little toe!
The Alamo Community team from San Antonio, Texas was made up of many different people but each had the same goal – the same dream. A dream of sharing and serving. Those sweet and unforgettable moments stay in your heart and make you eager to return, not only to make new friends but to see your family, a family that can’t wait to see you return!
